+ About
Majorminor is a fresh-minded, award-winning, San Francisco based creative studio. Since opening shop in February 2009, Majorminor has completed work for a wide range of clients from local non-profits to international corporations with design, web, audio and video services.
Rob Martin
Principal/Designer
Well-versed in playing music, it's no surprise
that Rob carries over his natural knack of instrumentation into design—coordinating a beat with a texture to give message a platform. A Bay Area native, Rob Martin was exposed to design at an early age by way of skateboards, album covers and magazines. After receiving a BS in Graphic Design from Sacramento State University in 2007. He began his design career working for Chen Design Associates, Volume Inc., and Duarte Design, garnishing his career with a handful of design awards. In February 2009, he founded Majorminor.
Jeffrey Tanhueco
Art Director/Designer
Jeffrey is way too hyper. But he's got some serious design chops. Joining Majorminor as Rob's right-hand man, Jeffrey focuses his energy on crafting clever work that balances the fine line of art and commerce. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jeffrey brings a quirky personality and a devoted work ethic to Majorminor. He combines a design-nerd discipline with an imagination that remains childishly free. Having worked with clients ranging from industry titans like Google, Workday, SanDisk and VeriSign to smaller organizations like Design Box Collective and Oakland Asian Cultural Center, Jeffrey can bring you what few can—serious skill and a mind that makes unexpected connections that stick.
Alex Jieh
Creative Producer
Since childhood, Alex had a knack for making
things happen. He's always been able to find the right things, people, and everything else under
the sun that it took to bring an idea to fruition.
With vision and foresight, a constant pulse on developing trends, and the ability to define the undefinable, Majorminor relies on this guy to glue things together, with out a bottle of Elmer's—or spraymount.
